Olga Bolibok
Olga Bolibok (she/her) graduated in Business economics from the Kharkiv National University of Economics and Biotechnical and medical devices and systems from the National Technical University „Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute“ in Ukraine.
Olga has been working on international development and economics projects for over ten years. Since 2020 Olga has been an external expert at the Joint Research Center (JRC) of the European Commission, supporting the Governments of Ukraine and Serbia in the United Nations Global Pilot Programme on STI for SDGs Roadmaps. Prior to joining the JRC expert pool, Olga worked in the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Innovation and Industry Development reforms. She coordinated the EU Smart Specialisation and Cluster Development Program in Ukraine. In cooperation with the United Kingdom Foreign Commonwealth Office and the MFA of Denmark, Olga was responsible for the organisation of the London and Copenhagen high-level international Ukraine Reform Conferences. Before joining the RDO, Olga worked as an expert in the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ukraine, the German-Ukrainian Platform „Kyiv Dialogue“, and the head of the German Center in Kharkiv. She is currently working and receiving her master's degree in International Development at the University of Vienna and is one of the coordinators of the Media Center of the Ukrainian Community in Vienna.
